Our technicians are highly trained to use all of our equipment in the most efficient way. Here is one of our most commonly used machines and their purpose.

The Ozone Generator: Portable ozone generators eliminate odors caused by animals. Cigarette smoke, mold and mildew, fire and water damage. This machine generates “ozone,” which consists of unstable oxygen molecules. These unstable molecules help remove the unwanted scent in your property. When using these machines our technicians follow all necessary guidelines and remove all people and pets from the environment. Once this process is complete there are no residues left from the process and the results are permanent. 

While there are many other machines and equipment accessories we use at SERVPRO of South Mecklenburg County, this is a great overall look at our most commonly used pieces of equipment. This machine helps us make it “Like it never even happened,” because we are always here to help!
